Sometimes users find themselves locked out of there site and the reasons can vary from the site being Hacked, lost email account etc. But you will always be able to call your host and have them reset your Cpanel or WHM password.
Once you have access to your Cpanel or WHM account manager you will be able to access the database by going to phpmyadmin.
Normally I would write a detailed post about how to do this, but in this case I am going to try something new and provide a nice step by step slide.
